CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. All orders are given a tracking number so that you can follow your artwork from it’s carefully prepared shipment, to your home!

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY MERCH?

  • Wash – At 30 degrees
  • Detergent – Use a natural eco detergent or soap nuts. Harsh detergent can affect the colour of your print.
  • Dry – Organic cotton can also be more sensitive to heat, and is more likely to shrink when washed or dried at high temperatures. Just hang it to dry naturally.

WHAT IS A RANDOM FACT?
Apparently our merch gets stolen a lot. Especially when left to dry outside. So take care and practice your chokes, just in case.

WHY DOES IT TAKE LONGER TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?
We don’t have much in stock so we make everything to order. We’re just a small company and screenprint everything ones a week. And because we print everything by hand and even fuck up sometimes. Please give us up to 2 weeks before we send your order out.

HOW IS THE MERCH MADE?

  • Sustainable suppliers
    We work with award-winning manufacturers of sustainable garments. All are enlisted at and checked by the Fair Wear Foundation. These organic garments are produced ethically in Bangladesh, Tanzania, Turkey and Portugal.
  • Made to order
    We work made to order, which keeps our stock lean. Sold out is sold out. We value a less-waste approach.
  • Printed and finessed by hand
    We design the print and scan them on a print screen by hand. We print each piece of merch by hand, using natural water-based ink. The ink is free from lead and other heavy metals. In fact, our inks don’t contain any toxic chemicals. The drying process and the finishing touch (adding labels, cords, sizes) is done in our atelier.

CAN I VISIT THE ATELIER?
Yes you can. Just let us know when you want to stop by. And we’ll be happy to meet you in person.

WILL THE PRINT LAST?
Yes, it will stick like a turtle to its shell. An old turtle might have a slightly faded shell, but it will age with grace. Like a good pair of jeans. The same goes for our merch. In any case, we give you a 2-year print guarantee. If yours is fading and you’re not happy with it, just contact us and we will make it up to you.

DUTCH ORDERS
All Dutch orders should arrive around 2 – 10 working-days after we have received payment, depending if your order is in stock. Not because we are lazy, but because we’re  honest! We use DHL or PostNL for most of our orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When ordered, we’ll use PostNL mostly for international delivery. The Shipping rate is dependent on address of delivery. Once all packages leave The Netherlands they’re no longer in the hands of PostNL but in the hands of your specific countries postal service, this process can take up 2-4 weeks. No worries just breath, it will be fine.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Customers can return item(s) within 29 days for (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) or refund your money.

  • All products must be returned within 29 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
  • Any special orders, one of a kind garments or personalised items cannot be refundedPlease get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost in transit of the return process. When making a return please include your name, order number and reason for return. Once the item has been returned and if everything is satisfactory, your payment will be refunded straight away. Please note that it can take up to seven working days for the payment to reach your account.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that Meditation Team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.

We cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

IMPORT TAXES
Any import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside Europe; there may be added additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by BashMade™.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
There are three things we take very seriously: our merch, the team, and our customer service. If anything isn’t right with your order, just let us know and we’ll make it right, or you can choke us out! If anything make sure to connect with via whatsapp or email: hi@meditationteam.com.

ORDERS MIGHT DIFFER
Because our gear is made to order and printed by hand, what you receive may differ a little bit from the photos in the store. We feel it comes with being one of a kind and keeps it more exciting knowing this piece is man-made. So keep that in mind while ordering.

PRIVACY
We promise to always keep personal information like your name, address, email address, or phone number private and for process and delivery purposes only. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

COMMENTS
When you leave a comments on this site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • We have a 29-day return policy on all products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All of one of a kind garments are made to order, with love and care. For this reason we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as we do not hold stock.
  • No returns on sale / discounted items.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@meditationteam. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement.  If issues are reported after 24hrs replacements may not be possible.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, one of a kind garments or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
