1. Made to order.
We start off with a blank canvas in the form of a sustainable garment we’ve imported from selected manufacturers of sustainable clothing. All of these sustainable manufacturers are checked and enlisted with by the Fair Wear Foundation. The gaments either come from Tanzania, Bangladesh, Pakistan or China. We try to keep our company as lean as possible so we don’t sit on too much stock, and we just back order a garment if we’re out. That’s how we try to prevent any waste of merch.
2. Pre make print screen.
Than we take one of our print screens (which we’ve already made by hand) with our design already burned on it and we install it in our screen-print machine.
3. Print the merch by hand.
We carefully position the garment and print the merch with our natural water-based ink by hand. They don’t contain lead or any heavy metals. In fact our inks do not contain any toxic chemicals at all.
Next. We we take the garment and put in under our custom dryer. There we let ink dry out so we can ensure you the print to holds on for a long life. If there’s two sides to the design we then repeat the process.
4. Finishing touch.
We finish the garment with adding details like the official (size) labels, cords, buttons or tags.
