HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY NEW MERCH?

All payments can be done in crypto like Elrond (Egld). Or in FIAT via iDeal, Creditcards, Apple pay, Bankcontact or Paypal. So pay in your own way!

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY MERCH?

Wash mainly at 30 degrees. Use a natural eco detergent or soap nuts. Harsh detergent can affect the colour of your print. Organic cotton can also be more sensitive to heat, and is more likely to shrink when washed or dried at high temperatures. Just hang it to dry naturally. Apparently our goods gets stolen a lot. Especially when left to dry outside. So beware and practice your chokes, just in case.

HOW LONG MUST I WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Of course we want to reduce the miles we have to travel to make you happy as much as possible. But if you’re really not satisfied with your new goods, and you can’t think of anyone to give it to. Then please send it back within 1 mooncycle (29 days) and we’ll exchange the goods for something else or just send you’re money back.

HOW IS THE MERCH MADE?

Sustainable suppliers
We work with award-winning manufacturers of fair and sustainable garments. All are enlisted at and checked by the Fair Wear Foundation. These organic garments are produced ethically (with much respect of mother earth and her people) in Bangladesh, Tanzania, Turkey and Portugal.

Made to order
We work made to order, which keeps our stock lean. But sold out is sold out. We value a less-waste approach.

Printed and finessed by hand
We design the print and scan them on a print screen by hand. We print each piece of merch by hand, using natural water-based ink. The ink is free from lead and other heavy metals. In fact, our inks don’t contain any toxic chemicals. The printing, drying process and the finishing touch (adding labels, cords, sizes) is done in our atelier.

CAN I VISIT THE ATELIER?

Yes you can. Just let us know when you want to stop by. And we’ll be happy to meet you in person.

WILL THE PRINT LAST?

Yes, it will stick like a turtle to its shell. An old turtle might have a slightly faded shell, but it will age with grace. Like a good pair of jeans. The same goes for our merch.
